How to apply Print

Students who apply to the Plato University of Management and Design must be in their last year of secondary education or have successfully completed secondary education in the Kyrgyz Republic or at an equivalent High School elsewhere. Students must also meet the specific requirements of the programme of higher education in which they wish to be enrolled.

The Plato University of Management and Design invites prospective students to visit our facility and complete their application forms. Plato UMD does not have admissions testing, in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Education” and “Plato UMD Admission Policy” the competition for admission of applicants for full-time programmes is carried out only on the results of the General Republic Testing. We have an English test as well as interviews which enable us to determine which entry level is best suited for each student.


The office is open for registration Monday to Friday, from 9.00-17.00.


Prospective students can apply to Plato UMD as follows:

  • by personally delivering the application materials to the Admissions Office
  • by submitting the application form and documents by email.
